RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Jawan Drop, every product is printed on demand specifically for your order. We do not hold stock — your item is made when you place the order.

Change of mind

Incorrect size selected (please refer to the size chart on every product page before ordering)

Colour perception differences between screens and physical product

WE ACCEPT EXCHANGES & ISSUE REFUNDS FOR

Wrong product delivered

Defective or damaged product received (print error, torn fabric, incorrect colour)

Significantly different product from what was shown on the product page

HOW TO RAISE A COMPLAINT

Email support@jawandrop.in within 48 hours of delivery with:

1.Your order number
2.Clear photographs of the issue

We will respond within 2 business days and resolve all valid complaints within 5–7 business days via exchange or full refund to your original payment method.

We do not offer cash refunds for COD orders as we operate on a prepaid-only model.
